Susan joined the W5 team in 2019 after setting up and running her own Customer eXperience consultancy for 5 years. She is passionate about helping businesses do what’s right for the customer. She has helped brands design and pull together the essential building blocks needed to deliver world class customer experience.
Prior to running her own consultancy Susan spent over 20 years in senior customer and marketing roles in the financial services, telco and education sectors.
Susan has an undergraduate degree in International Marketing & Languages (DCU) as well as a Masters in International Business from UCD Smurfit School of Business. She has Diplomas in both Digital Marketing and Project Management.
She is a judge of the annual Customer Contact Management Awards – a veritable of leading edge best practice customer experience. Susan is also Qualified Financial Adviser, a Scrum Master and meditation/yoga teacher.
