Like all businesses our focus at W5 now is on ensuring the health and wellbeing of our team and our clients and embracing our collective responsibility to safely navigate through this situation whilst keeping all operations working as normal as possible.
We are closely monitoring the ongoing Covid-19 situation and are following the guidance and recommendations from the government and the HSE.
Be assured we continue to provide all of our usual Voice of Customer and CX advisory services. Our client service and data teams are working remotely. (ISO27001 standards and protocols apply - irrespective of location). Our business critical external partners have evidenced the high standards you would expect as to their Covid-19 response in terms of manpower and technical stability.
Furthermore, we have a broad suite of technology systems and online tools for remote consulting with you, as well as reaching out to customers qualitatively.
In this unprecedented environment, it has never been so important to keep close to customers and listen to what they need. The organisations and companies who understand and support their staff and customers during this period of uncertainty will doubtless come out stronger. In this regard we are available to help you in any way to stay connected and communicate with your customers and staff through our feedback channels.
We will continue to take all and any measures required to play our part.
