Roddy has been championing customer experience measurement since W5 was established in 2001. As a co-founder with Gary Joyce, of Genesis, a brand, strategy and organisational engagement consultancy, he has a depth of understanding about the essential correlation between brand, customer experience and business success.
Roddy has significant consultancy experience across a range of sectors including financial services, professional services, healthcare, distribution and retail. He is a skilled facilitator with a particular aptitude for organisational engagement and brand promise activation.
Roddy is a Fellow of the IMCA and holds a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from UCD Smurfit Business School.
