Sarah joined W5 in 2014, bringing over 15 years experience in designing and managing customer experiences for global brands.
In her previous role as Customer Experience Manager at Audi she worked across the company to align the quality of the product with the quality of experience offered to existing and potential customers, to deliver the ultimate customer experience. Sarah previously worked with agencies Millward Brown and CST International, designing and leading customer experience projects. With both agency and client-side customer experience, she has unique insight into what works for clients.
Sarah holds a primary degree in Politics and Spanish from University College Dublin, a postgraduate qualification in International Marketing from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and further qualifications in Market Research (Market Research Society) and Quality Management (DIT).
