W5 work for eir awarded global customer experience excellence award

W5 voice of the customer programme for eir was recognised in the 2017 global Confirmit Achievement in Customer Excellence Awards this week. W5 were awarded the 2017 Judges Choice Award for “Insight through a Market Research Agency”.

Receiving a Confirmit ACE Award demonstrates an organization’s rigorous application of Voice of the Customer best practices, and its outstanding performance as measured by those processes.

The W5, eir Business Voice of the Customer programme was particularly commended for:

  • Speed of data gathering
  • Visibility through the bespoke portal
  • Insight being actioned by all staff
  • Coded customer comments
  • Engagement of key stakeholders to allow eir Business to take action quickly.
